My 2022 Internship

This internship is for my Industrial attachment to teach us how to handle the work force and also gain knowledge at the company. The experience working there had it ups and downs as I was still learning how the company operates and since it is a relatively small company, it wasn't so overwhelming and the location was pretty near to travel.
Throughout my internship journey, I have made mistakes and learnt from them through the process and was given advice from my supervisor.
This experience made me understand how a SME operates, and teaches me how to handle my time management while also handling tasks efficiently.
1. TASKS GIVEN
•Trimming stickers or canvas
•Transferring and emailing photos to colleague
•Resizing photos using lightroom classic cc (software)
•Increasing brightness while printing photos
•Doing artwork outlines(plot lines), save as pdf and dxf file for printing and plotting(Adobe illustrator)
•Printing stickers(different materials), canvas(sometimes)
•Throwing trash(unwanted paper, trimmed leftover paper, etc)
•Plotting(cut plot lines) stickers or name tags using the two machines
•Packing up stickers, canvas and photos
02 SOFTWARE SKILL I LEARNT
•Rip-Queue (printing canvas and big quanity stickers(glossy, matte, die-cut or kris-cut)
•Adobe Lightroom classic cc
•Accuriopro printer manager (software browser)
•CutterServer and IBrightCut (Dye-cut and kris-cut)
•Minaki fine cut 9 (built-in software inside adobe illustrator) (also for dye-cut and kris-cut stickers / tags)
•Photo printing software (Couldn't remember the name of it)
•Trotec laser software
03 Learning points / need to improve on
•Learnt to use machinery like the printers and the plotters
•Learn tips about adobe illustrator for sticker printing and plotting purposes
•Need to be more proactive
•Improved my skills on the printing / plotting machinery
•Need to be more aware of my surroundings and focus on one thing at a time
•Need to clarify things more often if unsure of tasks given or how it’s done
